A new trend study reveals a clear request for interactivity, activation and lots of new knowledge in the market of courses. It criticizes on the other hand the neverending powerpoint presentations which most of all are supposed to brand the introductory speaker.
“They really want to learn and develop, but in general they ask for more wow experiences. Making room for a whole day in their already booked calendars, they expect to learn something that is actually new and useful to them”.

Here we are in the middle of teaching strategy. It is not easy to see it if you don’t know it. But interactivity and wow experiences is the key – that’s for sure!
