A lot of new challenges are not solvable with old theories – we often need to start our problem solving from scratch. But seeing something from a new perspective often requires that someone asks some new questions. We do just that – for individuals, executive teams or large groups.
Urban Safaris
Learning is more than just reading books – we believe that learning is also experiencing, and the learning gets even better if you can share that experience. To achieve that we organize a number of Urban Safaris to discover new food trends, to learn first hand about design or see how others have got their service concepts just right.

Coaching
There are three aspects of becoming a good leader. Knowing the business, knowing others and knowing yourself. The latter is often the trickiest part – and that’s where a good coach can be of help. We take on a limited amount of people each year in one to one coaching sessions.
